With four beautiful banquet rooms to choose from, you’ll find the perfect setting for your wedding and reception, rehearsal dinner, quinceañera, school banquet, corporate event, or other special event. In addition, our outdoor pavilion overlooking Lake Ray Hubbard is a beautiful setting for outdoor ceremonies, birthday parties, and family reunions.
The Grand Ballroom (11,187 square feet) is elegantly appointed with eight large crystal chandeliers, a wooden stage, and a dance floor over 3,500 square feet in size. The Grand Ballroom can accommodate 1,000 guests.
The Terrace Room (3,750 square feet) has a private entrance, chandeliers, elegant wall sconces, and a lake view through five large windows with beautiful costume draperies. The Terrace Room can accommodate 300 guests.
The Red Fez Room (4,480 square feet) and Cabiri Room (1,680 square feet) can be rented separately for small gatherings such as showers or intimate dinner parties, or they can be combined into one room to accommodate a larger ceremony or reception.
Alcohol may be served with either a host bar or cash bar.
